Multimedia Producer – Full Time
, Eastern Connecticut’s leading newspaper, seeks an experienced, creative, and self-motivated Multimedia Producer to provide content generation and production support for their rapidly-evolving web presence. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to produce strong multimedia content for their web site working with content provided by their award-winning staff of photographers and writers. The Multimedia Producer will be responsible for working with field journalists to plan audio, video and photography content as well as help brainstorm ideas for content and train members of the staff to assist in the production of multimedia content. Experience with audio and video editing programs, knowledge of FLASH, HTML, Dreamweaver, Soundslides and Final Cut Pro and both Macintosh and Windows working environments a must.
