Asia Society and MediaStorm collaborated to publish Clearing the Air: China’s Environmental Challenge. With the 2008 Olympics starting in a matter of days, Beijing’s air quality has been under close scrutiny, and despite efforts to clean it up, the pollution still poses a serious problem for everyone around. Clearing the Air looks at the overall causes of the problem, featuring a broad overview, a daily photo diary documenting “blue sky days”, and resources for more information.
