Innovative Interactivity has announced they will be putting on an Interactive Workshop to be held in May 2013.

The workshop is designed for graphic designers and storytellers who want to learn how to build interactive graphics but have not had the time or training to do so. The intensive and hands-on bootcamp is project based and students learn HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript(jQuery) in five days.

This intensive, five day, project-based learning environment, taught by top professionals and University of North Carolina professors will teach both technical skills and how to design for an interactive user experience. Be inspired by the special presentations from professionals from NBC, The Washington Post and Digital First Media. Participants will be immersed in the languages, tools and concepts of interactive design all while on the beautiful campus of UNC Chapel Hill.

Each day students will produce publishable work that builds on each day’s concepts culminating in a large-scale interactive graphic project.
