Job Alert: RIT Assistant Professor Position in Photojournalism Program
The School of Photographic Arts and Sciences at the Rochester Institute of Technology is now accepting applications for an Assistant Professor position in its Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) Photojournalism program. This is a tenure track position. Application review begins December 1st, 2014 and continues until the position is filled. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to teach undergraduate photojournalism courses in interactive multimedia design with strong photojournalistic and visual narrative skills. Ideal candidates will be dedicated to scholarship and service, including student career advisement, and provide leadership and vision in the continued interdisciplinary vibrancy of the School’s BFA program, its students and curriculum. Qualifications MFA with photojournalism focus preferred for tenure track appointment. A MS and MA degree with professional distinction (awards, prizes, publications) may also be considered for tenure track appointment.
