Maisie Crow

Former Staff, Intern and Producer

Maisie Crow is a freelance photographer and multimedia producer. In 2010 her multimedia piece, "A Life Alone", was recognized in the NPPA Best of Photojournalism and was selected to be shown at the 2nd Lumix Festival for Young Photojournalism. She received the Ian Parry Scholarship and The Pierre and Alexandra Boulat Grant in 2009. Maisie was runner-up College Photographer of the Year that same year. She is featured in the Emerging Talent section of Reportage by Getty Images.

In 2008, Maisie began pursuing her master's degree in Visual Communication at Ohio University. She has interned at MediaStorm and The Boston Globe. She worked briefly as a photographer at the Patuxent Publishing Company Columbia, Maryland before starting her postgraduate studies. She received her undergraduate degree at the University of Texas and in 2006 attended the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies.
