Workshop Participants
Hadewieg Beekman is a Dutch master’s student, who studies Journalism at the University of Amsterdam. She has a broad interest, because before studying journalism she studied Technical Medicine at the University of Twente. After getting her bachelor’s degree, she spend a year in Brussels to make the switch to journalism. Now Hadewieg is studying in Amsterdam, where she lives. As part of her study she has worked for a Dutch scientific television program, where she has done research and took part in producing a live television show. At this moment she is writing her master’s thesis. Hadewieg is conducting a case study of MediaStorm as part of a larger study on innovative media companies.
